Emily is a certified veterinary technician and aspiring Veterinarian with almost 6 years experience in veterinary medicine. She recently graduated with her AS and BS in veterinary technology from Pennsylvania Western University in 2025, and plans on applying to veterinary schools summer 2026. She has a special interest in mixed animals and surgery. Fun fact…Emily lived in Alaska for 2 summers in Denali National Park training sled dogs! She will also be volunteering for the Iditarod in Alaska as a technician. Emily hopes to travel internationally as a Veterinarian for volunteer work.
In her free time, Emily enjoys hiking, lifting, boating in the Yough, and spending time with her “son” (a 5 month old pittie puppy) named Tate.
